Because this salsa is made with raw ingredients like tomato, onion and cilantro it is full of antioxidants and nutrients. Personally I think everything tastes better with some salsa over it. I use it on eggs, over veggies, or make some homemade tortilla chips and I am in business. Enjoy!
Raw Salsa:
4 Whole Organic Roma Tomatoes
1 Half Seeded Organic Jalapeño Pepper
1/2 Cup of Organic Onion
1 Full Cup of Fresh Organic Cilantro
1 Cup of Organic Tomato Juice… I like Spicy
Dash of Cumin, Cayenne Pepper
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Add all ingredients in blender, blend for desired consistency.
